The training grounds echoes with nothing but the intense sounds of a yellow haired, hyperactive boy by the name of Uzumaki Naruto. Today, seemed to be a darker, colder day than most yet he trained onward. Naruto's knuckles were red and bloodied through strenuous punching of wood and many wooden poles were ridden with shuriken and kunai holes or remaining kunai.
He felt a bit depressed today, not as he normally did and not sad...just a bit down but he wasn't afraid of smiling now and again. He was suffering from being upset a bit due to the fact he hadn't gone to be a Chuunin, because of the whole fiasco with orochimaru and such. However Sasuke had gone to become a Chuunin only because he was favored by most.
It had grown to wear on him, he and Sasuke were no different excluding his Incomplete Sharingan, however people always seemed to notice and acknowledge him most. Naruto however had grown more noticed, primarily by everyone that looked down on him, however he still was nothing compared to the exalted sasuke.
Naruto would sigh as he stared at the sky and grinned up "That stuff won't get me down too much, not today. Every day I get stronger and that's all that matters...now atleast..." He would sit down and wipe the sweat from his face and relaxed a bit.

Tasha watched from behind a tree. She looked at the blood stains and felt herself shudder.
Blood....something I hate with a passion. She frowned.
"I...I wish I could train that hard though," She whispered to herself.
Her hazel eyes gazed at the wood that had holes stabbed in them.
"But, I trained this hard, I would collapse. Stupid heart condition."
She continued to murmur to herself as her hand placed over her heart.
She smiled, at least she could watch others work hard. She still worked hard but not as much. She then noticed Naruto had sat down. She watched him wipe the sweat from his forehead. But she didn't approach, she didn't really want to. Of course, that was because she was a shy girl. She usually didn't want to approach anybody. The only people she considered friends at the moment were Mikkumaru and Neji. Neji was only on the list because she had a crush him. The two had never really talked that much. Mikku, on the other hand, was someone she liked to talk to. He was friendly and enjoyed paranormal things.
