Mission In The Country Of Earth

Team Leader: Subaku no Temari
Other Team Members: Kyuuzou Hizoku

What Is The Situation?

The village of Tanima is not a ninja village, and the inhabitants lead very normal lives. However, there is a large case of scrolls somewhere in the village, each containing forbidden jutsu’s; they were originally from the Hidden rock village, but they were transferred to Tanima in the hopes that no-one would ever find them again, and Tanima seemed the least likely place to hold such scrolls (plus they owed Iwagakure a favor seeing as they always hired shinobi from there). Unfortunately word got out to a large team of 10 bandits and one leader (who is actually a Chuunin level ninja), who have now invaded Tanima in an attempt to find the forbidden jutsus and use them for their own selfish purposes. The bandits currently patrol the streets of Tanima, picking villagers from time to time to investigate the whereabouts of the scrolls, but only a few people know where they are kept; The town’s Mayor: Mamichi Taiyou (Who has currently been taken hostage), and his subordinates. This time they have decided to hire shinobi’s from both Sunagakure and Konohagakure, mainly because Taiyou does not wish to alarm the Hidden villiage Of Rock with news of the invasion.


Your Task

You mission will involve protecting Taiyou’s subordinates from the bandits, freeing the hostages, and defeating all ten bandits and their leader. Your mission is only complete when all bandits have been arrested and all of the citizens and scrolls are safe. If even a single scroll is taken, or a single bandit escapes, you instantly FAIL!

Other Information

You will meet Taiyou’s subordinates on the outskirts of the Earth Country (the journey there will take about two days, and its possible you could be attacked along the way), and they will explain the current situation to you. Its most likely that the bandits will disguise themselves, and the villagers wont be willing to tell you who’s a bandit and who’s not in fear of their lives, and the fact that they have become very distrustful. So look out for any suspicious behaviour before deciding to pick a fight, and if possible, try to wheedle some information on where villagers and the Town’s Mayor are being kept hostage, you’ll need to free them quickly before Taiyou caves in and tells them where the scrolls are. And NEVER let the subordinates out of your site! They may not be ninja’s, but these bandits are sly and have a fair amount of brute force to boot, and they know the subordinates will have information on the scrolls, and will be easier to break then the Mayor.

Hey Neji, is it okay if I start this mission? The other one with Shika and Hizoku has slowed down a lot. I just wanted to ask since you're the mod for this one before starting a sign-up.
